At Ape Survival, we stand by the durability of our gear; if your apparel doesn't meet your standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
